簡要規則描述：龍陽路南側龍匯路周邊約3.2萬平米區域綠地樹木茂盛、燈光昏暗，近年來治安隱患多發。為根治該綠地內治安亂象，擬通過疏剪抽稀植物、補充燈光布置等改善隱匿問題、消除安全隱患，整體完善道路系統提升區域景觀。
Brief Specification Description: The area of about 32,000 square meters around Longhui Road on the south side of Longyang Road is lush with trees and dimly lit. In recent years, there have been many security risks. To thoroughly address the public security chaos within this green space, it is planned to improve the hidden issues and eliminate potential safety hazards by pruning and thinning plants, supplementing lighting arrangements, and comprehensively enhance the road system and regional landscape.

二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：推行節能產品政府采購、環境標志產品政府采購。促進中小企業、監獄企業、殘疾人福利性單位發展。規范進口產品采購政策。
