簡要規則描述：航頭鎮鎮南社區PDS1-0206單元04-01B-01地塊配套小學項目是我鎮“四個一批、33個重點項目”重點區域開發項目四單元綜合體的公建配套學校，總用地面積25865平方米。該項目目前已取得施工許可證，已經開工建設。經現場排摸，發現該項目地塊內埋有1根長度約200米，管徑400mm的污水管，為排水公司所屬市政污水管。由于管道在項目地塊紅線內，影響學校地下停車庫施工，需要對該污水管進行搬遷。
Brief Specification Description:The PDS1-0206 Unit 04-01B-01 plot supporting elementary school project in Zhennan Community, Hantou Town, is a public infrastructure school within the fourth unit complex of our town's "Four Batches, 33 Key Projects" key area development initiative, with a total land area of 25,865 square meters. The project has obtained the construction permit and has commenced construction. On-site investigation revealed the presence of a buried sewage pipe approximately 200 meters long and with a diameter of 400mm, belonging to the municipal sewage system managed by the drainage company. Since the pipeline lies within the project plot's boundary and affects the construction of the school's underground parking lot, the sewage pipe must be relocated.
