Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project purchases 6 submersible pump equipment for pump stations with high operating loads and high flood control pressures, including 5 pump stations such as Yangsi and Far East 4 #, in order to improve the operational safety and reliability of pump stations and ensure flood control safety. The warranty period shall not be less than 1 year.


合同履約期限：合同簽訂后 8 個月內將商品運送至采購人指定地點交貨、安裝、調試、驗收完成。
The Contract Period: Within 8 months after the contract is signed, the goods shall be transported to the designated location of the purchaser for delivery, installation, commissioning, and acceptance.

二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：
（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。
（2）扶持監獄企業、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業；
