二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：強(qiáng)制采購節(jié)能產(chǎn)品、環(huán)境認(rèn)證產(chǎn)品政策、鼓勵(lì)節(jié)能政策、鼓勵(lì)環(huán)保政策、扶持中小企業(yè)政策、支持監(jiān)獄企業(yè)發(fā)展政策、殘疾人福利性單位政策、購買國貨政策。
