Brief Specification Description:This project is a renovation project of the drainage pipe network on Jiaqiao Road and other roads. The main work contents include removing pipe blockages and inflating pipe plugs, removing pipe blockages and brick seals, cement mortar plastering and repair of manholes, motor vehicle lane surface layer, base layer excavation and repair, overall repair through ultraviolet curing, and local resin curing, etc. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities and drawings.)

合同履約期限：工期要求：施工工期90日歷天（法定節假日除外），計劃開工日期：2025年12月31日（具體以采購人通知為準）。

二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：
（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，支持中小企業發展：本項目是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時，中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。
（2）扶持監獄企業、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業；
（3）優先采購節能環保產品政策：在技術、服務等指標同等條件下，對財政部財庫〔2019〕18號和財政部財庫〔2019〕19號文公布的節能環保產品品目清單中的產品實行優先采購；對節能產品品目清單中以“★”標注的產品，實行強制采購。供應商須提供具有國家確定的認證機構出具的、處于響應文件有效期之內的認證證書方能享受優先采購或強制采購政策。
